The method used is colorimetric ELISA using blood samples of CL and CLP patients at the CLP center of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Total samples obtained was 44 samples with 12 samples from non-syndromic CL patient and 32 samples from non-syndromic CLP patient.
